The healing will last around 20min, after the healing I will send you an email and convey to you any potential messages that I have received for you and any specific blockages or emotions that I felt coming up during the session.
Sometimes I will intuitively receive messages the angels decide to bring forth for you that they feel will help you on your healing journey. This is not always a given but a gift we are blessed with in the moment.
After the healing journey I recommend you drink a big glass of water and if possible, have it infused with rose quartz & clear quartz. That will leave you with a soft love energy. If you do not have the crystals to infuse your water, that is perfectly fine and will not influence your journey. I will pull an oracle card for you after the healing and send you the message in the email I will be sending after words
It starts with accepting that you are an energy being in a physical body, you are much more complex than just a physical body. The purpose of an energy healing is to stimulate and restore the energy flow in and around your body and restore balance on all levels. This will result in clearing blocks and interferences in your biofield. There are many factors that can degrade your biofield like emotional trauma, negative thought patterns, environmental toxins and so on, these are just some examples.
Just like our in-person healing session we start with a short meditation to set the intention for the healing journey. (This will be discussed before the session) We will tap into your heart space to energetically open you up to receive the loving healing energy for which I am the conduit.
Then I will evoke the Arch angels to assist and guide me through your energetic field to help release your emotional and energetic blockages. This occurs from a place of trust and acceptance that all will come to you as needed.

· I will need a filter free photo looking straight into the camera so I can jump into your soul’s energy through your eyes.
· Preferably wear something comfortable as you will be laying down for the healing and meditation. (If you cannot lay down then please let me know in advance)
· For the intention meditation you will receive a recording that you can play at the time of your session that we will discuss.
· I intuitively use a selenite wand and/or rose quartz crystal to enhance the intention of the healing journey. Unlike the in-person session I will use a stand in version of you using pillows to scan your body with the wand.
· If possible, smudge your space where you will be laying down with sage or Palo Santo to clear the space of any energetic residue that will not serve us during your journey.
· I recommend only booking this healing if you have already received a soul reading from me or have worked with me during soul talks. The more Intune I am with your energy the more I can achieve during this healing.
